VOERE - High-tech achieves maximum precision.
Since 1985, apart from firearms for hunting and target shooting, high-precision parts are being manufactured at VOERE medical industry, aerospace, electronics, automotive and optical industries as well as for other rilfe producing companies.
VOERE is a specialist in high-speed milling with up to 5 axes, lathe machining with up to 8 axes, grinding, polishing, wire-cutting and die-sinking EDM, metal forming, punching, bending, embossing, nibbling, conventional welding, hardening and burnishing (blueing).
VOERE maunfactures in small and medium quantities for all costumers that need precision work or assembly groups in most materials around the world.
VOERE produces working parts made of stainless steel, steel, titanium, aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, plastics, special foams and fibreglass reinforced plastics for the optical industry.
VOERE manufactures premounted precision parts for system components.
VOERE can also produce larger quantities and complicated components with its robots on demand.
VOERE manufactures simple mechanical parts up to complicated tools. Small assemblies up to complete system units with pneumatical, electrical and optical wiring mainly for the semiconductor industry.
VOERE manufactures sheet metal assemblies for the firearms and weapons industry with a high degree of accuracy and low tooling costs in small and medium-sized lots.
VOERE generates milled and EDM prototypes from 3-D data without drawings (STEP, IGES).
VOERE produces customised parts from originals, drawings, 2-D, 2.5-D and 3-D data.
VOERE delivers, on request, CMM reports. A wide range of measuring equipment and test instruments in a climate-controlled measurement room and fully automatic 3-D measuring machines are provided.
